(But please ignore the fundraising pitch. The fundraising goal has been achieved.)
From postings on social media:
“Survivors … our men and women in uniform … volunteers … witnesses . . . the bereaved. Their stories have already become our history — stories of hope, survival, and service to others. Their words remind us that, when great challenges arise, great people rise with them. And this, more than anything, is why we must never forget.”
The reading will be in NYC, midtown, west side at 5 p.m. on Sunday, 9/11/16. Those who wish to attend will receive the address when they make a reservation.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to serve your seat.
The play runs approximately 90 minutes, followed by a short post-production discussion.
